On May 2, 2014 I had the absolute pleasure of photographing this lovely couple on their wedding day. I was so overcome by the welcome I received from their friends and family. It was an intimate Friday night ceremony officiated by Father Wayne at St John Berchmans.
The beautiful spring flowers I couldn't stop photographing were designed by Nancy Krause Floral Design. After the full Catholic service, the bridal party walked down the street to their reception. It was held at one of my favorite restaurants in Logan Square, Buona Terra. The couple paid a sweet tribute to a friend who couldn't be at the wedding. He was helping coach the Chicago Blackhawks to a win in the Playoffs. It was cozy, warm, inviting and the food was divine. Thank you Sarah and Chris for including me on your special day. It was a wedding I will remember fondly.... I wish you a lifetime of happiness and love.  This is Adam, I had the pleasure to photograph him when he was 2 weeks old. I was present at his older brother Ryan's birth which was the first birth I witnessed and photographed. It was a magical experience and got me hooked on photographing birth stories.
I love babies, I adore their expressions, their noises, their smell... they are magical little people I can't get enough of. |
