How many people can you photograph?  

Efficiency is one of the things my clients appreciate most. My ability to connect with people quickly allows me to create authentic, confident portraits in just a few minutes—something many photographers struggle to accomplish in much longer sessions.

With one portrait station, I can photograph up to 350 attendees during an eight-hour event, depending on the event schedule and portrait style. For larger conferences or events with higher attendance, I can provide multiple portrait stations and photographers to ensure a seamless experience.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! I love traveling and regularly photograph conferences, corporate events, and leadership teams throughout the United States.

Whether your event is held in a convention center, hotel ballroom, office, or unique venue, I can transform virtually any space into a professional portrait studio.

Travel and accommodations are quoted separately based on your event location.

Can the experience be branded?

Yes! Every event is unique, and I work closely with your team to create an experience that reflects your brand.

How quickly are photos delivered?

Delivery timelines are completely customizable based on your event needs.

We'll determine the best workflow during the planning process, and expedited delivery options are available.

Can sponsors receive attendee information?

Yes. If your event includes sponsor activation or lead generation, attendees can opt in through a digital model release and registration process.

This allows sponsors to receive attendee information in accordance with your event's registration process and applicable privacy requirements. We'll work with your team to ensure the experience aligns with your event policies and attendee expectations.

How much space is required?

One of the advantages of the Executive Portrait Lounge is its flexibility.

Whether we're working with a small footprint at a conference booth or creating a fully customized portrait environment, I can adapt the setup to fit your venue.

How many photographers do you provide?

Yes.

I work with an exceptional network of professional hair and makeup artists throughout the United States.

Whether your attendees need quick shine control and hair touch-ups or full executive grooming and styling, I'll recommend the level of service that best fits your event and budget.

Can attendees choose their favorite portrait?

Absolutely.

Depending on the package you select, attendees may review and choose their favorite image, select from multiple poses, or receive a curated gallery to make their selection after the event.

We'll customize the portrait selection process based on your timeline, event flow, and desired attendee experience.

For more than 30 years, I've photographed Fortune 500 executives, physicians, attorneys, entrepreneurs, entertainers, musicians, public figures, fashion models and industry leaders.
