The Portrait Social is a private, hosted portrait experience I bring directly to you, wherever "you" happens to be: a living room full of preschoolers, an office full of new hires, a backyard full of bridesmaids, or a birthday party in full swing.
You gather the group. I'll bring a full portrait studio to you.
WHY I DO THIS

I started hosting these gatherings 13 years ago, back when my oldest was still a baby and I was navigating my first year as a new Mom.
If you've been there, you know: being a new Mom without a community can be so hard. I remember craving connection almost as much as I craved sleep. So, I made a few friends after a post on Meetup and we started getting together, just to have somewhere to be, someone to talk to, and a reason to get the kids out of the house.
Somewhere along the way, I started bringing my camera. What began as a way to capture a few sweet moments turned into something so much bigger. The Moms would catch up while the kids played, and I'd quietly work my way around the group, spending a few minutes with each child, asking questions, letting them just be exactly who they were that day.
Those playgroups were an absolute lifesaver for me in that first year. My daughter and I built lifelong friendships in those living rooms and backyards, friendships that are still part of our lives today.
Thirteen years later, I still get to do this. I still get to watch Moms lean on each other while their kids run wild and giggle for the camera. And I still get to hand a family a photograph that captures exactly who their child was in that season, not posed, not perfect, just them.
That's what The Personality Social is. It's not just a photo session. It's a little bit of community, and a little bit of magic, brought right to your door.

01 — PERSONALITY SOCIAL (Kids)
A private portrait experience for your favorite little people.
There's something magical about photographing children exactly as they are right now: the missing teeth, the wild hair, the favorite outfit, the serious face, the goofy smile, the things they say, the things you never want to forget.
I bring a professional studio directly to your home, indoors or outdoors, and photograph each child individually, capturing their personality and the little things that make them uniquely them. Each child also answers a few fun questions about themselves, so you'll have a little time capsule of this exact season of their life.
$50 per child · Additional siblings $20 each
Each child receives:

02 — GIVE-BACK SOCIAL (Sponsored Headshots for Businesses)
A team headshot event, hosted by your company, for the people who matter to it.
Give-Back Socials are private, sponsor-funded headshot days I bring to your office (or a location of your choice), so your team, your clients, or your community can walk away with a professional portrait, on you.
This works beautifully for:
- Employee headshot days
- Client appreciation events
- Community organizations, nonprofits, and networking groups
- New-hire or onboarding photo days
Your business sponsors the event; I bring the full studio setup, lighting, and direction, so every guest gets a polished, professional portrait without leaving the building.
Starting at $85 per headshot, with volume pricing for larger groups.
Every guest receives:
- A guided, professional headshot session (2-5 minutes each)
- Professional studio lighting and backdrop
- 1 hand-edited digital headshot
- Private gallery access, with the option to purchase additional retouched images or prints
Sponsor perks: As the sponsoring business, you'll receive a complimentary team/group portrait and a discount on any additional company-wide imagery (LinkedIn banners, website team photos, etc.) booked the same day.
03 — CELEBRATION SOCIAL (Birthdays, Bachelorettes & Special Occasions)
Because the best celebrations deserve more than a phone photo.
Whether it's a birthday, a bachelorette weekend, a milestone celebration, or just an excuse to get dressed up with your favorite people, I'll bring a private portrait studio right into the middle of the party. Guests can step away for a few minutes at a time for a portrait that actually looks like them at their best, glowing, laughing, completely themselves, then jump right back into the celebration.
$75 per guest · Group/couple portraits available
Each guest receives:
- A guided individual (or paired) portrait moment
- Professional studio lighting and styling
- 1 hand-edited digital portrait
- Private online gallery, with the option to purchase more

As the host, your own portrait is complimentary once your event reaches 8 paid guests.
Plus, you'll receive your choice of:

$150 print credit
toward professional artwork
HOST BONUS: For every additional 5 paid guests beyond 8, I'll add one more complimentary image to your gallery.Maximum host reward: 6 complimentary images or $300 print credit.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR SOCIAL?
Within approximately one week, you'll receive a private online gallery of your event's portraits.
