Initial inquiry & brief

Tell us your conference dates, expected attendance, and venue. We'll recommend the right package and confirm availability. For large conferences, we recommend booking 8–12 weeks in advance.

Pre-event coordination

We coordinate directly with your event planner or venue contact. Setup requirements are minimal — we need approximately 150–200 square feet and standard power. We arrive 60–90 minutes before the lounge opens for full setup.

Attendee scheduling (optional)

For conferences with pre-registration, we can provide a scheduling link for attendees to book their portrait session in advance. This eliminates wait times and maximizes throughput. For open-format lounges, we manage walk-up flow on-site.

Day-of experience

Every subject receives individual direction, wardrobe guidance, and real-time feedback on their images. No one leaves without seeing their photos and selecting their favorites. The experience feels like a private portrait session — because it is.

Delivery & follow-up

Every participant receives a private online gallery with their edited images, downloadable at full resolution, with complete usage rights. No watermarks, no purchase required, no friction. Full gallery delivery within the timeframe specified in your package.
